Delivery Information

We deliver flowers, teddy bears, chocolates and other gifts all over Bulgaria.

We deliver in the following cities: Pleven, Sofia, Burgas, Varna, Gabrovo (Gabrovo province), Sliven, Shumen, Smolyan, Samokov, Ruse, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Lovech, Montana, Pazardzhik, Kazanlak, Veliko Tarnova, Blagoevgrad, Kyusentendil, Sandanski, Haskovo.

We can also deliver in other cities through our partner florists but there will be extra delivery charges for this. Please contact us if you want to deliver in a city that is not in the list above. We will get back to you and let you know if one of our partner florists can deliver there. Thank you.

Gifts such as teddy bears, chocolates, cakes can only be delivered with flowers. They are not for sale separately.

All the items in our online catalogue can be ordered for delivery which can usually be made the same day or following day.

If you would like to order an item that is not in our catalogue please send us an email or give us a call and we’ll let you know if it is available in the city concerned.

Delivery charges

Our delivery fee for all major cities of Bulgaria (next day delivery) is $4.95. Same day delivery to major cities of Bulgaria is $7.95 if the order is placed by 9 am Bulgaria time.

Order status

You may inquire about the status of an existing order by contacting customer service on : +44-745-227-2872 (UK) or by e-mail. Please quote your order number in all correspondence as this speeds up things.

Delivery times

We are committed to delivering your flowers/bouquets and other gifts in a timely manner. The time and date that your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, weather conditions, and the distance from the centre of the city concerned.

We make our deliveries during normal business hours and later hours (9 AM to 9 PM). We usually are able to deliver within a specific hourly range, eg between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. However sometimes due to severe weather conditions or other factors beyond our control delivery can be delayed. This is however very unusual.

We will call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, then we will:

leave the flowers with a neighbour (if agreed in advance) and attach a note to the recipient’s door stating who accepted them on their behalf; and

inform you of the situation giving you the name and apartment no. of the person who accepted the flowers on the intended recipient’s behalf

If nobody has been nominated to accept the flowers in case of the recipient not being home then we will attach a note to the door with our telephone number so that another time can be arranged for delivery. (Please note that in this case a new delivery charge will apply).

We strongly advise you to give us the phone number of the recipient in order to avoid scam incidents and the corresponding expenses.
